28 days paternity leave

👶 Good news for future dads! The PATERNITY LEAVE will increase to 28 days, 7 of which are mandatory. This allows us to start responding to several social issues: the involvement of fathers in the education of children, the rebalancing of family tasks, but also professional equality between men and women!
