Jana Rose is a French brand of sustainable jewellery. Aware of the environmental and traceability challenges of today’s jeweller. Jana Rose embodies this new vision of responsible luxury and ethical jewellery and thus responds to a new generation of men and women committed to a more sustainable future. Jana Rose has also created the ‘Slow-Jo’ by Jana Rose movement to help build a more sustainable future.

The brand was in a pre-launch stage when they requested besustainaball for support. They needed to define a clear and responsible positioning for its customers and a brand communication consistent with its values and commitment.

Expressing and structuring the brand’s sustainable strategy and aligning its communication approach.

To express the authenticity and modesty of the initiative, while challenging with conviction the current jewellery market.
Maximizing the reduction of the environmental footprint of the activity, while maximising its positive social impact.

Support along the entire process from initial reflection to operational implementation. Caring and sharing of experience. Providing benchmarks, methodologies and concrete tools for monitoring and measuring results.

A clear and coherent positioning, supported by a solid action plan. An authentic, convinced and convincing tone of communication to engage its audience. A constant improvement process in place for increasingly sustainable projects.

WORK PERFORMED

  • Supporting the definition of the brand strategy and direction (Vision, Mission, Objectives and Action Plan).

  • Co-creation of the communication positioning > Tone of voice & themes associated with the brand > Brand persona and mood board > Value statement.

  • Creation and formalisation of the brand platform, a consistency tool for a strong brand.

  • Accompagnement dans le processus de certification B Corp et force de proposition dans la mise en place de la stratégie responsable de la marque.

We are working hand in hand to obtain the B Corp certification to be better for the world and the Fairmined label specific to my activity.

Her methodology is based on the sharing of experiences and examples, which she gives without a limit. I am now entering the official launch phase. We still have other missions to work on together: drawing up a code of conduct, a responsible purchasing policy, etc.
